What information should I send first?

Send your live location or postcode, the tyre size from the sidewall and a photo of the damage if it is safe to take one. Your vehicle registration can also help.

Can you replace a tyre at the roadside?

Yes. We bring the required tools and a suitable replacement tyre to your vehicle, then complete the fitting where it is safely parked.

How is my arrival time confirmed?

We calculate the ETA after confirming your exact location, tyre availability and current road conditions. You receive that estimate before the fitter is dispatched.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted. We confirm the agreed price before setting off.
